Build Then Bless Conference 2027
Hear from some of Utah’s most impactful leaders in business, music, faith, and more on how they are building organizations with a culture of service—creating a lasting impact on their communities, families, employees, and bottom line.
This is a movement restoring how business was always meant to be done: hand to hand, eye to eye, human to human.
Building on the incredible momentum of our inaugural event, join an exceptional ensemble speaking lineup for a full day of engaging TED-style messages, genuine networking, a powerful service project, and a catered food.
In a world rapidly trying to automate the artificial, Build then Bless shines a spotlight on what the workplace still desperately needs: authentic human connection, a culture of hope, and purpose-driven community.
It’s time to double down on building company culture in ways AI never can. Culture thrives when generosity is at the forefront.
Doors open on March 9th, 2027 at 7:30am. The event starts at 8:30am and goes until 4:30pm.
